When you first open the app, it introduces the goal, scoring cards and an interactive practice game. You can replay this introduction under Rules → Learn the game from the start, or choose Start example round to practise straight away.

The goal is to score the most points. Each of the four aces is worth one point; the 2 of spades, 10 of diamonds, most cards and most spades also score. The rules explain scoring, capturing, combining and building up.

For card values, jack = 11, queen = 12, king = 13 and ace = 1 or 14. Practise against bots without an internet connection.

1. Install the current app version on all devices and check your internet connections.
2. Sign in to Game Center on each device. Each player uses their own Game Center identity.
3. Open Multiplayer → Online, choose the player count, then choose the option to play with friends.
4. Share the Game Center invitation through Messages/SMS. The other player opens and accepts the invitation.

Online games support two to four players. If an invitation does not arrive, check the Game Center sign-in and any multiplayer restrictions in Screen Time. An App Store link helps someone install the app; it does not invite them to a match.

If Apple’s nearby-device option does not deliver an invitation that can be accepted, use Messages/SMS or a local room. Seeing a nearby device is not confirmation that a connection has been made.

Local games do not require a Game Center account. Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and allow Casino Criollo to access the local network in iOS Settings.

1. One player opens Multiplayer → Local and creates a room.
2. The others open the same local section and join the room.
3. Once everyone has joined, the player who created the room starts the game.

Local games support two to five players. If the room does not appear, check local network access on every device, stay nearby and reopen the local section.

Single-player games, the introduction and rules, local games and joining an online invitation remain free. You can also start a one-time allowance of five online matches on your device, with no expiry date.

A match counts only after the first game action has actually been performed in an online match you started. Sending an invitation, leaving before the first move or reconnecting to the same match does not use an additional free match. A new match counts separately. Leaving after the first move does not automatically return the free match.

The allowance is stored on your device. Editing your profile or resetting statistics does not reset it, and reinstalling the app does not guarantee a new allowance. There is no automatic charge after the five matches.

Open Settings → Online & statistics to unlock unlimited starts of your own online matches and all statistics with a one-time purchase. The app shows your current price before you confirm the purchase. There is no subscription.

If you already bought the unlock, choose Restore purchases there. Make sure App Store purchases use the Apple Account that made the original purchase, and check your internet connection. Your Game Center account is separate.

If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple’s confirmation. If the unlock does not appear, contact us with your app version, iOS version and the message shown.

Optional contributions are individual in-app purchases handled by Apple. They can be repeated, but do not unlock features or change cards, winning chances or your free-match allowance.

The permanent “Online & statistics” unlock is a separate purchase. Contributions are not a restorable unlock; Apple keeps its own purchase history.

In Settings, you can edit your profile and remove its photo. In Statistics, you can reset statistics, including match history and opponent records. This reset cannot be undone.

Deleting the app removes its data directory. This does not automatically delete existing backups, separate Keychain data or Apple’s purchase and Game Center data. The free-match allowance remains after a statistics reset and may survive reinstallation.
